The space rental does NOT include the construction of the stand, which the space leasing company must take care of. Only the electrical panel will be included.

The Commercial Exhibition will open on February 12 first hour of the morning, coinciding with the start of the Congress, and must remain open until February 14 . Each company must be responsible for assembling and disassembling its commercial stand.

1. The reservation of each stand (1) includes the complete registration of (2) commercial delegates for each 6m2 stand unit, attendance at the scientific sessions, congressman material, certificate of attendance, as well as the planned maintenance program. Inclusion of the name or logo of the exhibiting company in the final program.

Shipment of materials

MEANS FOR LOADING, UNLOADING, AND INTERIOR MOVEMENT OF MATERIALS: It is the responsibility of each company to bring the necessary means for loading and unloading the material.
